We hope you are happy with the products you purchased from DutyFreeZone Inc (“DutyFreeZone.com”). In the event you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following information regarding our return policy.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order from DutyFreeZone.com for a full refund if we receive your cancellation request prior to processing your order. In the event we have already picked up your order you will need to return the product after you have received it following the policy provided below:

RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF A PRODUCT

If you are not satisfied with any product you receive from DutyFreeZone.com, we will gladly accept the returned product and provide a full refund or credit provided the returned product meets the conditions provided below:

If you prefer to exchange a product for a different size, color or design, this can be arranged, subject to availability. Please contact us within (seven (7) days) of receipt of your order to make inquiry about exchanging your order using the contact information provided below:

  • Product must be returned within three (3) days) at the store it was picked up.
  • Merchandise must be returned unopened in the original manufacturer packaging in a re-sellable condition and include all manufacturer documentation.
  • It is your responsibility to ship the returned product back to the store you received it from, not to DutyFreeZone.com. The product is your responsibility until the store receives it.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you receive a defective product from us, please contact us using the contact information provided below. You will need to provide us with your name, telephone number, address, order reference number, and the reason the product is defective. We will then advise you as to how to proceed with the return. We will issue a full refund if the defective product is returned to the store within three (3) days of receipt:

WRONG PRODUCT

If you take a product from the store that is incorrect, please contact us using the contact information provided below. You will need to provide us with your name, telephone number, address, order reference number, and details about the product received. We will then advise you as to how to proceed with the return.
